Two-Tone Panel Exterior with High Parapet Entrance

The new Xfinity/Comcast structure consists of a high/low custom steel building design, with the lower being a 4,000 sf office attached to a 5,400 sf warehouse with a loading dock. This facility will be the base for all customer service technicians. It will also serve as their first retail store in the area, allowing customers to pick up, exchange equipment, and have hands-on access to their products.

The exterior features a two-tone wall panel with masonry wainscot. A high parapet at the entrance and a below-eave canopy that wraps around three sides accent the structure.
