Hangar Building for Biotechnology Company

The Promega Aviation Operations hangar building was developed to create efficiencies for the company’s biotechnology business and its energy use. The hangar accommodates their three business aircraft and includes a lobby with reception desk as well as a pilot’s offices and lounge. It also has a conference room (AV equipped), kitchen, workout room and indoor parking.

This 17,000 sf custom hangar is located at the Dane County Regional Airport, a small-hub primary commercial service airport located six miles northeast of downtown Madison, Wisconsin.
