Hayden Power Group's Headquarters showcases a highly functional design that prioritizes operational efficiency. The three-building expansion spans 56,400 sf and incorporates a mix of single slope and lean-to framing systems. At the heart of the expansion is a 40,000 sf warehouse featuring two loading docks, multiple overhead doors, and a 10-ton crane system. This warehouse, along with the new office space, connect seamlessly to the existing front office, creating a unified campus.

Pearl Gray A-Panel walls paired with a Standing Seam 360 roof ensure durability while complementing the original office structure. Bold Royal Blue bump-outs, a striking glass wall entrance, and an expandable mezzanine add to the design and overall functionality. A 6,400 sf lean-to canopy dedicated to housing the company’s truck and equipment fleet complete the project.
