Long Bay Manufacturing Building: ClearBay Roof Joist System
Load bearing tilt was the best solution to eliminate columns along the sidewalls and long bays to minimize interior columns for the greatest amount of usable space for this manufacturing plant. Kirby's ClearBay® bolted roof joist system was used. Delivery was phased into two sections.
The 30,000 sf of corporate offices include a design center, and feature brick & EIFS exterior, with mezzanines within. The steel was erected in a remarkable six-week time span.
