Manufacturing Expansion with High Production Bay & Cranes

The EK Machine – QC Assembly Building in Fall River, Wisconsin was developed to support manufacturing operations while accommodating both current and future growth. This production facility is an expansion to the existing office building. It features a single slope framing system with lean-to, and is designed for future expansion. The exterior showcases Reverse R‑Panel walls finished in Fox Gray, paired with a Standing Seam 360 roof system in Galvalume.

Inside, the facility includes a 50’ high production bay equipped with overhead cranes, along with lower clear heights of approximately 27’ and 16’ to support parts storage and office space. To meet owner production needs, large overhead doors were installed on each end of the building, along with a bi-fold hangar door to enhance functionality and material flow throughout the space.
