Cypress Pointe Fire & Rescue
Fire Station with Attached Office & Canopy Entrance
Cypress Pointe Fire & Rescue constructed this 7,885 sf fire rescue station that serves the local rural community. A gable symmetrical framing system supports the fully lined apparatus bay with six 14’ x 14’ framed openings to accommodate overhead doors large enough to fit fire trucks. A single slope framing system supports interior office space and connects to the apparatus bay.
Other exterior features include a canopy at the main entrance with decorative wood and stone and a cupola that adorns the roof of the apparatus bay to match local architecture. Kirby’s surrey beige roof paneling and dark bronze metal wainscot complement the warm tones of the building.
