Located in West Columbia, South Carolina, the Karate Dojo delivers a striking home for martial arts training, blending durability with a bold, modern presence. Built on a gable symmetrical frame from Kirby Building Systems, the 12,150 sf facility was engineered for a training environment without sacrificing structural performance.

The exterior pairs A-Panel walls in Midnight Black with a Standing Seam 360 roof finished in Galvalume Plus, creating a sharp contrast. Stone wainscoting along the facade grounds the design, adding a natural, textured accent that complements the black panels and elevates the building’s exterior. Clean parapet walls further sharpen the exterior lines, while an interior mezzanine adds functional square footage for training support, storage, or observation space.
