A total of five connected structures, this pre-engineered metal building contains an injection molding bay, assembly/warehouse areas, a high-gloss paint booth, and 10,000 sf of administrative space. Scope of work included design/build services, shell building construction, equipment installation, tenant build-out and a comprehensive site work package.
