Warranty Options Tailored for Your Project
We provide a Two-Year Workmanship warranty, and a selection of optional add-on warranties available for purchase. Our metal roof systems are backed by optional weathertightness warranties that ensure protection against leaks resulting from normal wear under typical weather conditions. Standard No-Cost Warranties
Two-Year Workmanship |
| The Two-Year Workmanship warranty covers defects from production, including primary and secondary structural steel building components, bracing, panels, fasteners, and accessories. If issues arise, we will repair or replace the affected parts. Extended coverage up to five years is available for purchase. This warranty will begin on the date of delivery. View Warranty → |
External Material & Finish |
| Our 25-year SP and 35-year PVDF coated galvanized and Galvalume warranties offer protection against fading, chalking, cracking, peeling, and other defects. | Our optional Standard Weathertightness warranty includes 20-year weathertightness coverage, 2-year workmanship, and the exterior material & finish coverages mentioned above. Standard No-Dollar Limit (SNDL) |
| The Standard NDL includes 20-year weathertightness, 2-year workmanship, and exterior material & finish warranties. Valid in the contiguous U.S. and Canada. Installation must be supervised by an Authorized Builder’s CICP Certified Installer. A courtesy inspection is available upon request; installer is responsible for proper installation. Premium No-Dollar Limit (PNDL) |
| Our Premium NDL offers the 20-year premium roof coverage, 2-year workmanship, exterior material & finish warranties, and labor costs. Valid in the contiguous U.S., this warranty requires start-up, intermediate and final inspections, and issued only after inspection approval. CICP Certification Requirement
