This unique project was designed to make a pre-engineered metal building look less like a metal building. Its exterior is more architecturally appealing by alternating panel directions, making custom color selections. For security, CMU was utilized for the rear walls. The PEMB and CMU on this project has gained the attention of the Florida First Coast Associated Builders & Contractors and the project has been selected as top in its category for its unique use.

WheelHouse is a dynamic community built around storing and enjoying automotive, boating and recreational vehicle assets. From exotic and luxury cars, classic muscle cars, luxury coaches, motor yacht/cruisers, and everything in between, this facility is functional, secure and first class. Featuring customizable storage units, the community center environment provides owners the opportunity to gather with friends, family and fellow owners in their garages, as well as the fully-equipped, exclusive owners’ Club Room.
