Tractor & Equipment Service & Repair Facility

This three-building project encompasses 54,828 sf of agricultural sales and service space for Tennessee Tractor’s John Deere farm equipment. The custom metal building features a multi-level office with a double-connected mezzanine that expands the interior workspace by 7,600 sf.

An open lean-to canopy attaches to the office and spans the front of the building. A shop area houses one 5-ton and two 10-ton cranes, all located on the same runway and bay. 10’ canopies span both sides of the office space and connect to 20’ canopies running the length of both sides of the shop. Various-sized framed openings are placed throughout the structure to accommodate 11 overhead doors.

Kirby Building Systems provided Galvalume Plus Standing Seam 360 roof panels and fox gray R-Panel walls for the office and shop. The lean-to ceiling is fully lined and complete with slate gray Loc Seam roof panels.
