Submitting Is Simple
Getting your project entered takes just a few minutes:
- Complete the online project profile and permission form
- Upload your project photos – interior and exterior – the more the better!
- Submit as many eligible projects as you’d like

Program Guidelines
- Any Kirby Building Systems project may be submitted—no completion date restrictions
Projects submitted during construction may be resubmitted once complete - Multiple project submissions are encouraged
- Each entry requires a completed profile/permission form, which grants Kirby Building Systems full rights to the photos. If you submit professional photos, you must ensure that Kirby has full usage rights to the photos. Photographer credits are not listed on any Kirby marketing efforts. Only Builder credits will be listed on calendars.
- Submit full size, un-edited photos. We do not accept photos that have been edited, resized, cropped, or the use of AI.
Photos used on calendars will list only the Builder name. No other credits will be listed. Photographer credits are not listed in any Kirby marketing efforts.
Building Photography Tips
Capture It All
Shoot your building from multiple angles— every corner and side. Interior shots are a big plus and help tell the full story.
Keep It Natural
Submit original, un-edited photos. Please don’t Photoshop, crop, recolor, resize, or alter images in any way.
Chase the Right Light
Great photos don’t require bright sunshine. Soft, natural light often brings out the best details. Early morning and 1–2 hours before sunset are ideal.
Think After Dark
Evening and nighttime photos can add a bold, dramatic look—especially when lighting highlights architectural features.
