This 57,000 sf truck center, located in Tupelo, MS, is the newest facility for TAG Truck Center. It includes three express services and diagnostic bays, 19 service bays with overhead cranes, and a truck wash bay.

Changes Coming for Air Leakage Requirements

The energy codes have recently turned their focus to air leakage reduction in efforts to continue improving the energy efficiency of buildings. Once states begin to adopt IECC 2021 and ASHRAE 90.1-2019, Whole Building Testing for air leakage will no longer be optional, but instead will become a requirement.

New wind loading requirements for the 2018 International Building Code (IBC) can affect the typical metal building design.
