Project Spotlight: TradePort Logistics

Kirby Authorized Builder, Mahany Construction Company, Inc., completed a distribution facility with 120 dock doors.

Two gable framing structures, one symmetrical and one asymmetrical, create 115,500 sf of space for this cross-docking facility for distribution and warehousing. The exterior utilizes full-height concrete tilt-wall panels and Kirby’s Standing Seam 360 roof system.

120 dock doors are featured along with a connected trailer yard, leaving TradePort Logistics with over 700 trailer spaces. An office and break area occupy 4,200 sf of space.
